Default Hottest Chillies

Gday all , i'm trying to get hold of some mouth burning vision imparing **** rippin facial crunching chillies , does anyone know where these killers are, I have some Habernero's which are supposed to be the hottest and they are really extreme face numbing punishment affecting buggers, but is there hotter. Its great for the mates that after a few beers they think no chilli is hot enough to knock em out , but i'm sure there out there , so who knows where they are.
Thanks

the tezpur chilli (Naga Jolokia) is the hottest chilli you can get
it rates 855,000 scoville units - Mega ring of fire

the habanero rates in at 300,000

Standard US Grade pepper spray 2,000,000 - 5,000,000 units

Habaneros are pretty severe! I can definitely relate to what Homer did before consuming the merciless pepper of Quetzlzacatenango!

LOVE a good dose in a lot of different dishes, especially laksa - and the worlds best laksa is at the Malay/Chinese takeaway in Sydney CBD, either Castlereigh St or Hunter St.

it doesnt really matter about the type of chilli, its the chilli plant....not sure how versed you guys are on chilli growing, but most people rip out their plant after 2 - 3 years and start again....best thing to do...go find an old nonna whose chilli plant came over from italy on the boat with them in 1945 and is still in her back yard....guarantee you wont be able to finish it. My other half's nonna has 2 chilli plants on her farm, one is about 20 odd years old, the other is only about 2 or 3....you can pick the difference in a dish : : : : :

Apparently there's alot of doubt whether the Tezpur is really that hot and whether they're even hotter than red savina.

I love hot food but I just love different chilli sauces, I've been addicted to this chilli sauce thats only available at asian/indian grocer's called Pun Chun Sauce, its F***I*NG great!!! I dont even think its hot, cos im pretty much immune to it now, but if my family even catch a taste they start complaining!!! I put it on everything everyone thinks im crazy, good to see some more fan's of spicy food, it's the best!!!!
