Instead of the hassle of pullin the springs out and grinding them, just get one oxy kit, half a dozen big blokes (rugby player size). Heat the springs one at a time and get the boofheads to jump on the top of the quarter guard above each spring as ya heat it.
End up with shagged guards but damn it'll look low. :

I sold a set of springs and shocks on ebay for $100.

They're not that expensive.

why not do some research?
like ring up your local suspension shop and talk to them about what you want.
they can offer you their expert advice on what needs to be done and how much it will cost.
you dont have to spend any money, just ask, find out and go buy the stuff yourself.
it isnt hard changing shocks and springs.
if you arent confident in doing it then give a mate that knows what he is doing a slab and get him to do it.

i did a mates car on the wk end just gone wasnt a bad job cost him 400 for new at mates rates the rear is easy front was just a bit tricky if you got a gregorys manual it helps

Just as a guide, I sold a set of new king super lows not long ago for $200. Your better off saving up for new stuff IMO.

yeah cheers... I will be keeping an eye out plus I get a $500 dollor loan in march so that may help the only think is then deciding on multi-point lowering or fixing body damage...
