Certainly more than Commodore - well at least the V8 version. I read somewhere that the actual Australian components within the new VE hover at somewhere around about 56% mark.

Anyway, Ford has been importing all the glass for Falcons for some time from China, and if memory serves me correctly, I think they are also getting some of their pressed metal for the doors from there as well.

With both the financial situations of GM and FoMoCo being somewhere quite far up the Creek, I'd probably expect to see more drastic cost saving measures from these two in the future than what you'll see from Toyota whilst it's going through it's massive growth phase for quite a while.
