I rekon ts about 5-6L in reserve once the gauge goes to 0 and the light comes on, as i fill up with roughly 48-50litres and have a 55litre tank.

Are you putting the cruise control kit on yourself or are you getting Ford / someone else to do it? If so, how many hours labour do they charge for fitting the cruise kit? I have heard 8 hrs from the only (dodgy) dealer I asked about it.
