Unfortunately I fit into one of the holes in your ranges 22 years, couldn't have been any longer as I got my licence on my 18th birthday.

Got my license at 17, will be 38 in April so that will make it 21 years on a full license. No P's way back in 1986 for Canberra!!

Got my full licence (there wasnt any such thing as a P licence) at 16yrs old.
Dont tell anyone, but it was a 17yr old CHICK that taught me to drive!
Besides my mum regularly letting me drive the '67 Falcon home for the last few km's when I was 14. What a thrill. Loved that XR have wanted one ever since but never bought one... :
