Yep a few of us NA 6 cylinder guys are heading down for a meet n greet organised for the upcoming club. Depending on weather a few of us might race.

Clubs and Forums can do this as a organized event,1st ring Calder Park you need to have nominated contact person and the fax sheet must be in Friday morning.
Infield runners only get to race once every 30 mins now, (one run) on the hour or then half.

I have found that you get alot more runs in racing just from the normal side. Second time i went i was one of the first there, and started racing when the gates opened, managed to get 5 runs in the span of half an hour. Of course its pretty useless doing alot of runs then as at that time its still hot. Racing from the infield is great though when you are with a club, its easier to match up and race with your mates, and you dont have to use that horrid return road.

Frank will have the Dandy engines XW out there again tomorrow, trying to find the elusive 9 second slip.

I hope it's nice and cold tonight, like last night. I will be racing on my street tyres which are almost drag slicks, so some cold weather might balance things out a bit.
