ok, still don't know what the exact law is. I guess i need to be a little more patient and let the car infront out, everywhere i go tho, it's the cars at the back who are out of the slip lane first as the gap arrives at them first :S. I still think it would have been her fault if the VT hit me. My fault if the EB went up my **** as i swerved into his lane without indicating, split second reaction.
