Ford is bringing out a new car, or model varient of one:

Ford Isis

Can't really find much info on this.

NOTE: Not a spelling mistake - not Iosis...

They may have just trademarked the name because it is so similar to Iosis, to stop other makers using it.

Like the problems Hyundai had with Toyota using 'Ascent' on the Corolla models.

It's weird but. Toyota had a concept car they called "Isis". Came out in 2005. Was like a minivan or something. Guess they didn't trademark it here in Australia.

Could be the production version of the Iosis X, a RAV 4 sized medium AWD.

if it's the name for that it's not very interesting. I know the RAV4 isn't a breakthrough name but Isis? pretty uninspiring name choice
