Default Ford V8's stopped ... full factory shutdown!

News from GoAuto is that V8 production ceased due to lack of parts and that Ford will shut down the factory today. See link http://www.goauto.com.au/mellor/mell...2572C1001251B4

Saw this on Nine news last night... Funny thing was the video footage used was of AU assembly line!

Yeah, its called stock footage. It sits in the archives so they dont have to go back out and get fresh footage when a news item comes up.

Company that supplies V8 Auto Gearbox mounts has gone **** up. There is another thread about this in the Pub. Major Ford Supplier Shuts Down.
