Hello,

First time poster on the FF.

I'm originally a Mid North Coast bloke, but have been living in Sydney for some time now though, but i'm quite often back up that way and i've been watching the progress of the club, maybe one day i'll come along for a cruise.

Anyway, from experience the front speakers are 6" and you have to take off the door skins, screws are located behind a cover plate inside the door handles. Once the screws are out the door skins lift up and out, windows down makes the job easier _2: . The tricky part is putting the door lock buttons back on. I upgraded the front speakers in my EF II XR6 and the door lock buttons are still off :O

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Toby.

The door lock buttons are easy

Wind your window down close the doors then lock them all, take the door lock button make sure the plastic sleave inside the lock button is extended out from the inside then place the lock button over the rod and push it straight on till its in the lock possy, then unlock the car, this is the only way and easiest way ive found, hope this helps.
May sound like chinese but its the best i can explain it lol

Not so easy when you have automatic window closers as part of your alarm system, every time you push the button down the alarm closes the windows and turns on the alarm : , very frustrating, alarm on/off/on/off and so on, so i just gave up : :
But i will have to give it another go as the car is for sale...

Cheers,
Toby.
