Default Does any know if these are standard on an El?

As the title says: does anyone know if these are standard on an El? If so, or even if not, does anyone know what are meant to have mounted to them? The reason I ask is that I finally (after 3yrs of owning the car) got around to chasing the live switch/wiring running from the dash and this is where it ends. Any suggestions? Thanks on advance, Meg

The mount brackets are for the optional trans oil cooler. The wiring would be for aftermarket driving lights, or even fully sick neons uleh!
