I Have A 2000 Au2 Which Seems To Be Going Through Batteries.3 In The Last 6 Months. Can Someone Offer Help? |

it is most likely the alternator ( overcharging and cooking the battery ) with the engine running and a digital multimeter check the voltage should be 13.8 to 14 volts

My Curent Battery Has Lasted Nearly 2 Month's.
Checked The Battery While Running And Was Indicating 14.4 Volts Yesterday. Today Indicated 14.05 Volts.the Battery I Purchased Has A Maximum Charging Voltage Of 14.8v. |

yes thats right replace the reg and you should be ok also if you are geting those reading at idle you might find it higher with a few revs onboard if the reg is cactus

If you use the dah diagnostic mode as well ... you can monitor voltage while driving as well as it is display digitally in your odomoeter area.
