Default Factory Warranty

I just brought a full audio system for my EL which cost me a fortune but now i have just brought a BF oviously the new car is still under warranty so will i void it if i put the new audio gear in the BF

You will void the warranty on the effected parts.

What sound gear are you changing. The radio is an integrated part of the BA/BF so you cant remove it I dont think. You can add though.

i was going to change all the speakers and put in subs and amps.

If you got the premium audio, leave the speakers in, just add subs and amps. If anything wiring related were to pear shaped and the Ford service department were to find aftermarket speakers, they might think twice about honoring any warranty.
