i think this is a load of **** but here we go...
i was told that if you lose your liscence anytime after July 1st then when u get your liscence back the new law then applies to you? Is this right?

I browsed that link but couldnt find what i was looking for.
These new rules that are coming in, are these just for people that go for there L's/P's after July 1st or are they for everyone under 24 with there L's/P's? Any feedback is much appreciated. Cheers. Matt |

I doubt it. If a license was cancelled totally and you had to go back to starting on your P's it might take effect. As it stands , suspensions are added to the time you go on your P's.

IIRC the new laws kick in if you have your provisional licence suspended and get it back after july 1

If i buy a turbo/v8 after july 1st will i be able to get insurance for my car if i'm on my p's?
