Just wondering, is your signature the result of your attitude on the road?

May i ask some of the officers on here, how long should it take at a maximum for a court summons to arrive?

I have waited over two months ( I was told two weeks maximum by the officers that pulled me over), now if it were to all just go away, it would be nice, but the chances of that happenening are next to none.

Redrum?

And would the Car & Driver being licenced in a different state affect the time it would take?
Depending on the work load and many other factors the informant may have, it can take months to receive a summons. If you are unsure contact the informant. If the matter is a summary offence and charges are not issued within 12 months of the offence then it will be out of statutory limitations.

There is always the select few that seem to think that all police are lying, tight and unfair folk, these threads always end up the same.

Perhaps some thinking may be in order to see that maybe you are doing something wrong in the first place to warrant such attention from police
