Default Spotted: Fiesta on the Intarweb

Original Link

Good to see people in Aus getting into modding Fiesta's as much as the Brits. Although I've never been keen on those headlights or that rear wing. And some minor details such as the "Fiesta X" and the stock indicators could have been executed better. ;)

But it's easier to criticise than comment; fact is, I'd love to drive around in that thing! It's just a shame that owner didn't join AFF or EFC and come along for a cruise or two before he decided to sell the car.

Thoughts?

Ok my thoughts

1. Where the hell is the clear side indicators?? (This is the first mod that should be done)
2. Rear: I dont mind the spoiler, black taillights reallly suit it, the rear Carcept bumper is hideous. If is is ment to be a ST replica its not. Should have put maybe "S" badge instead of "X"
3. Side: Looks like a nice illegal tint (but im loving it), Side stripes looks good, Not a fan of the rims. Rear looks lower than the front (might have a sub box)
4. Front: Not looking too bad. Morrettes are a no no i dont think it suits. Looks like he has added foggies to the LX. Chrome/white grille looks great. Front bumper looks too cheap.

Overall not a bad package. A great effort.

It looks rubbish P!ss off the Morettes, make the grille black again, White indicators, rid it of those shocking blue stripes, and get a better rear bumper.

That thing is all sorts of ugly.

Give me a standard Zetec over that any day of the week.

Clunky nose and tail - and that spoiler is just gross.

No no and thrice no.

LOL, thanks for the testimonial, mate.

I wouldn't waste money on doing my car up like that (ME? Mister bloody DIY himself?).

The Carcept kit makes the Fez look too chunky. It ruins the car's nice clean lines. I reckon the only aftermarket kit that looks good on the Fez is the Wolf one.

Hate the spoiler.

Hate the Morettes (some nice Mattig headlight covers would be better).

Rims are so-so.

Love the taillights, and that's about it. The rest is just barry.

I saw that thing on carsales..

Personally guys I'd rather spend my money on performance mods rather than body kits and end up going over every speed hump almost horizontally to it..
Stripes and wheels are awesome, body kit is over the top!!

Yeah ditto. Great minds think alike

You can only do subtle cosmetics mods to the Fiesta before it turns into a disaster.

*Bump*

Holy hell look what I stumbled across:

I wonder if the owner crashed it before they got a chance to sell or the new owner crashed it?
