... so anyway.... I have the usual savings card (where you're not 'suppose' to be able to get money out unless you have something in there...)
but how does paypal do it? .. how can they take money out of my account(when I request it though) when i have considerably less then what I request using paypal.. it just puts me in dept... so.. is it possible for me to get money out (more than whats in my account) by going into the bank? (not talking about a loan!) |

not unless you want to incur fees for overdrawing your account. You can get an overdraft on your account.

I so hate the overdraw! Been burnt too many times by the effing utilities that are on direct debit.

If you have that card (I imagine you mean a VISA debit card) details in your Paypal, as the nominated bank account/credit card, then when you pay for something with your Paypal it will draw funds from your nominated account if you don't have enough on your Paypal.
So, for example, if you buy something online for say $50, and pay using Paypal, if you only have $40 in your Paypal balance it will take the other $10 plus fee from your nominated account(in this case your card).
