hi guys im looking at a 90 model laser as a new car for my folks and was wondering what problems to look for as im only familiar with bigger fords.
i know it needs new cv joints and has a rattle in the exhaust but for $700 im willing to replace these items as it is a realy nice neat car. its an auto 1.6 carby engine. |

rattle in the exhaust will probably be the cat, easy fix, its called a spanner and a broomhandle
sorry can't help with what to look for. |

700 as is no rego check the brakes get a cost for a clutch if an auto make sure it works well look for head or engine smoke or corrosion
not too many electrical problems have the car checked by an independent souce like a car brake down service that 700 price is way below market value http://www.carpoint.com.au/car-valua...9%204294967168
