Default Superlows for LS Zetec

i just brought superlows for the 06 focus, havent installed them yet, but i was talking to the guy who sold them to me, if you need them 'welded' go to this guy. what does he mean to welding the springs on? sorry if it is the most stupidiest question on the forums....

i had a feeling y the hell would u weld in springs? but i wasnt 100% sure. he actually juss said go to this guy he'll put them in for you, i thought he said "he'll weld them in for you"...i guess im already having some old age symptoms. but yer juss another question anyone know what exhaust would suit the ls?
