Default Sunny Coast Mechanic? Any recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic on the Sunshine Coast. I have a clutch problem and need to get it sorted out. Used to just have most things done under warranty through Ford as I had an extended warranty but that has run out now. Thanks
Luke

If you're near Coolum, try Ram Automotive, my brother works there.

Is alted Performance still in operation? what happened there?

Mat i would suggest Ultra Tune Caloundra and Michael Peters in Calolundra

I have never been to Ultra Tune, though have seen many high power (375rwkw) LS1's come from there.

I have taken the Barge to Michael Peters a few times as well and had no issues.

Go down Daniel St (intersection with Holden and Honda), at the end turn right, and they are across the road from shipley auto repairs (on the left had side)

Thumbs up

Hi Champ,
Prolly a little late by now, however I've just had all my clutch etc done by Terry at the BP Mooloolah and I gotta say that this bloke is the ticket.

All up it cost me $841, but as usual with Terry it's all spot on work and I can't heap enough praise on him.
Of course, that is if you can't get you car to Redcliffe Dyno & Performance which I couldn't due to the fact that it's my work ute and I needed it yesterday.

Michael Peters seems to have disappeared? But I had my sisters mates roommate look at it for me and I should be able to fix it myself. Also good to know you recommend BP Mooloolah if I ever get stuck in the near future.

Only place i can reccomend at the moment is Street Art Wheels, Kunda Park (Maroochydore), i know they have done well in the past, but they have just changed hands, so not sure where the quality is at at the moment.

You could also try Phat Wheels on Brisbane Road Mooloolaba, a recently opened store, yet seems to be a clean one, and they do everything.

I got the guards of the soarer rolled at street art wheels . very happy wiht the job , considering the arches are double panel and quite difficult to do without creasing .. They did a great job . i didn't know they had changed hands but i got a quality job done
