Default Echoee car kit

Hi Fadi,

I have a Parrot 3200LS Color installed in my SY TX Territory & while it functions well and I can hear callers quite clearly through stereo system, people on the other end tell me they struggle to hear me & it sounds very "echoee" (if there's such a word). I have the microphone located at the top of the windscreen next to the mirror and the microphone volume turned up in the unit.

Have you had this problem & any suggestions to fix?

Cheers,

My phone (motorola Maxx V6) only recognizes the car kit as a headset & won't let me change it, any other ideas?

hi

we are not too sure, without seeing the vehicle and listen to it. some 3200 needs a software update on the module itself. i would check where you purchased it from and ask them the question

cheers

I got unit of ebay, can't remember who from exactly was 12+ months ago.

I have downloaded & updated the latest software from Parrot with out any change.

Are there any real differences in microphones and does it matter where it is plugged into (either directly into module or screen)?

Marty
