Default Whos car is this?

http://www.pickles.com.au/servlet/Au...m_id=252070707

I can see the eseries sticker on the windows. By the way, where can I get one of those stickers? I like those rims on that car... I would look into it if I hadn't just brought a wreck...

If thats the case then it is would definately be a good buy. For anyone interested these types of wrecks have been going for around $2200 or so. Thats got quite alot of damage so depending on how many people notice the mods and are interested someone could get a good bargain. 18s, pacies, rebuilt motor. mmmmmm sounds tempting...

Be worth a look i make quiet a bit from buying and selling from fowles and pickles and there is a good chance it could go even cheaper on the right day i have seen cars like that go for around the $800 mark plus buyers.
Cheers

Well looks like he put a claim in and RACV wrote it off as I stated in his RIP thread , hopefully he got a good settlement

Ha theres the beast, yeah thats my dead XR6, sorted out insurance and picked a new e-series up on Thursday, tried to get my rims back but they would have taken a grand off my payout so it would not have been worth it!

Anyone interested in buying it, it would be worth it as the car had the extractors/exhaust, wheels, suspension and an engine rebuild only 10 months ago so it has plenty of good bits to tear off!

Good news it the car can be replaced!

The most important thing is the you didn't hit the tree.

Ben, were you please with the RACV?

i'd buy it for the motor and sell the rest in pieces (i.e. interior, straight panels and driveline) make enough money back on it to put a JMM kit on the motor... itd be the perfect wreck i think.

Already got a new e-series stayed loyal, see my thread "My New E-series"!

Wayne, yes I was happy with how the RACV handled it, having your car insured for market value though is a bit dodgy cos they tried to get me to agree to an $8,000 payout but luckily I was able to talk the valuer into giving me $8,700 for it which is pretty good at the end of the day. People just need to remember that if they spend alot of money on mods make sure the car is insured for agreed value so that u dont lose too much money!

I would've thought the wheels would have been damaged in the accident if you went up a gutter.

Only one wheel was damaged , and it may be repairable! Even if its not the tyre is fine and it would only cost a couple of hundred to buy one new wheel and then you've got a complete set!

Ben, glad to hear you are happy.

I'm not buying it. I have 5 eseries (inc LTD) in my back yard, don't need more.
