Default New Battery

My battery has decided to start failing on me, so ive decided to get a new one. Just wondering if u should get an aftermarket battery or should I just go to Ford and get a factory one?

Im sure the only difference between a good brand aftermarket and a ford battery would be the price...

No such thing as a factory battery anyway. I pulled the orignal out of my AU and it was an Exide.

When mine died I just rang the NRMA and got them to come out and replace it. Cost around $128.

The difference will be the quality of the plates between the cell and how quickly the lead falls off into the electrolyte, I would tell you more but I've left my book from tech there.
