Default Muscle Car Masters- Did anyone go?

Went to Eastern Creek for the Muscle Car Masters.
Got there late arvo but got to see so many beautiful cars, sorry no photos.
Anyone here go for Father's Day and take some snaps?
Bought a scetch of a red 351 XY HO and got Allen Moffat to sign it, it was pretty exciting.
The cars sounded awesome coming down the straight, music to anyone's ears!

Yeah there was.
Every car that raced was on display.
Plus there were a few car clubs with their cars also.
There was a red racing HO that was idoling at the show'n'shine and it got everyone's attention, it was so loud and angry.

Just heard about the boycott re the fpv and hsv club.
Apparently the organisors wouldn't let any vehicle built after 1985 to drive on the track as part of a parade.

i went best thing i did, was awesome seeing the old touring cars race again and you could go in the pit garages and have a good close look at all the cars. I think they said 147 cars in the pit area but there were a few car clubs there that werent in the pit area they had some sweet cars too.

I went out for fathers day.Weather come good and the cars and racing were excellent. The group "A" touring car races with sierra's and nissans thrown in were just like the old days.Jack Ellison in the Yellow GTHO had some great races too.Jason Bargwanna was racing his dads old capri and cleaned up the opposition. If you didn't get there this year try real hard for next year, you won't be dissapointed.
Cheers

Yep was our third year and its getting bigger and better, great day, but as with all car events the getting your car into the parking area was yet again a hassel, will they ever get things right? One gate to get in and the same hole in the fence to get out, come on how hard is it.
