Default Car Drama's

Today the Missus stopped at school to pick up the Billy Lids. Came back to car and it wouldn't start. The "little hand" remained flashing. later, I went to get it going, and it started. Something with the Security???

Do you know what it means Brett when the hand stays on solid instead of blinking? My manual only mentions blinking when the key isn't recognised & doesn't say when it will stay on.

It was definitely immobilised while the hand was on.

Hey guys, mine started doing the same thing about 2 years ago and got worse. Finally had to replace the computer after the light came on while on the freeway and it wouldnt start at all.

Maybe get your Ford dealer to look at it.
