Wrecker workers are (9 out of 10 times) w a n k e r s, why do you think they work there in the first place!
Theres a wreckers that I used to go to but dont anymore just because there rude, rip off's and half the time dont have a clue what there talking about or what I'm talking about. I got so sick of having to talk to them like they were in pre school.

Just keep searching mate, try eBay and put a thread up in the wanted section. Keep an eye out for people wrecking cars in the parts section too.
Dont resort to selling the Monty just yet!

wreckers in general, suck.
I wanted some XF ghia seats, they said "take them out yaself and you can have them both for $50"
So there i was, laying in 3ft dead grass at a 43 degree day for an hour trying to get the bastards out, went up, covered in and sweating like a simpson desert hooker, and the bloke goes, "good work, $120 mate"
We argued for a bit, and i ended up throwing them back in, and oops, tore a massive hole in them. Guess they wont get $60 now, :
The point: wreckers suck.

Just fords in Kilsyth are pretty good. and after i had been there a few times they started giving discounts.....parts are still expensive in my opinion...but its still cheaper than new

the 2 places you mentioned i had problems with as well...jolly rodgers from memory didnt even speak english very well when i called them. i just hang up after repeating what i wanted 3 times

good luck with the search
