Thats how governments have it over the people.

it happens everywere.
just look at the americans controling their population with the fear approach.

And i never thought i would agree with this but the other night mr Howard made a statement saing

and don't quote me on this, but he said we sit here critisizing the smokers and drinkers and making them feel like outsiders and wrong doers, when the real problems like the heavy drug users and dealers we tend to feel sorry for and defend them.

He also said that this is wrong and those " damn grugs" should be delt with"

The government have to tell people what to do so it appears they;
a) Give a crap
b) know SOMETHING and
c) that their funding allocations in different fields is actually yielding results.

The fact is that if people want to smoke, do drugs, drink excessively, then they will.

Have to agree with him there.

Makes me sad for my children, hopefully they don't have to live in a world where just about everything is censored.
