Default The Vote

Not looking to start a debate over who should win, but I'm wondering how many people are not sure who they are voting for yet? As always there's a lot of adds and stuff but who has not made up there mind yet?
For me – I've known who I'm voting for a while now

Go the greens,

Hopefully they will bring in legislation to stop all these idiots driving round in their fuel guzzling V8's.

www.news.com.au has the "Vote-a-matic 2.0" with a quiz on it regarding a lot of key issues. Depending on how you answer questions for each issue, and how importantly you rate the issues, it assigns a score to the political parties who have policies/emphasis relating to those issues. The parties' identities are kept hidden until you've answered all questions.

Helped me decide my vote, since I'm in the swinging voter category ;)

Oh, political comments (in jest or otherwise) will earn a padlock

I was going to pick whoever the independent candidates were, but after moving here recently I submitted my electoral paperwork and got a letter saying it arrived after the closing date.....yet was sent together with the wife's paperwork and hers went through OK.

Guess I don't have to give it any more thought

MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!

I am sick of the politics....this is what I think....

A guy is stuck in traffic when he gets a tap on his window.

"Mate! you won't believe it! Terriorists have kidnapped John Howard, Peter Costello and Rudd. They want $300 million or they are going to douse em in Petrol and set em on fire"

"Wow! Really? What's the average donation?"

"Oh...about a Litre!"

______(your most disliked politican) and ________(their partner in crime) decide to head out bush to gain some more support. So they don they wide brimmed hat, boots, jeans and hire a cattle dog for the day. They spend their day in a local bush pub talking to the regulars when a bushie walks up to the dog and lifts its tail and has a good hard look. A few moments pass when another bushie walks in and repeats the same strange ritual. This goes on for the course of the day. Blokes walk in lift the dogs tail and walk out. Finally curiosity gets the better of _____(your 2 most disliked politicans) and they ask the publican if what is going on.

The publican replies "There is a rumor going around town that there is a dog in here with two a***holes"

What I am sick of are the pathetic, inaccurate, useless adds that probably only effect the TT or ACA type people; what a waste of cash.

I've already voted since I'll be away this weekend. I remember at uni elections one year they had a party that was handind out badges that said " off I've voted" to stop you being harassed. Suffice to say they won that year.
