been warned for parking on the nature strip. pointed out that if i parked on the road i would block the view of on coming cars for people turning out of a side street. they saw sense and left me alone.

but what i want to know is what's the diff between pedestrians walking out onto a road from between parked cars on a naturestrip, and from between parked cars parked on the road? there is no diff, so who cares if you park on a nature strip? i think it's safer for pedestrians and motorists alike.

yes, but if a policement pulls you over and gets out of his car on a fairly busy road and isn't wearing his hi vis vest, you can take a photo of him and report it as an OH&S misconduct. big fine for mr plod

Mr. Plod himself is off the hook. NSW Police Force get the fine not the individual Police Officer.

lol, can just image an officer becoming an 'officer' to just get fines to the government, for not wearing his hi vis jacket :P

"here you go government, here's some more revenue!"
