 : : : : : : Okay folks. This year the room bookings are taking a different format. Guests/members requiring a room are to book it themselves. For rooms phone: The West Executive Inn on 4935 1100. Rooms are $145 for a Terrace Spa suite and $135 for an Executive room. Ticket bookings are through Pat Willis. Contact Pat on: 0405 065 071 or 4930 5537. Ticket prices are $60 per person or $500 per table of ten guests. |

Hey folks
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by booking your own rooms as opposed to last year but their is a new person at the club in charge of bookings. We either had to pay a $1500 deposit to cover ALL the rooms held, or ask guests to phone through their own bookings. the latter won! |

There has been some confusion, on the Motels side re: bookings, due to another function.
Please mention the 'fpv xr club of Newcastle' when booking. |
