I have always changed the air filter on all of my cars in the past with ease. but the fiesta seems to be somewhat difficult.
Could anyone explain how to get the cover off the air filter housing? |

I am pretty confident you have to take the entire plastic cover off the top of the motor, once its off turn it upside down and there are some screws to remove. The air filter is actually housed in the plastic engine cover.

yeah I thought so. but I'm having difficulty removing the cover. It can't be this hard to change the air filter....or is it...
Anyone removed the cover before??? |

just undo all the bolts.. then YANK the crap out of the cover. and it will come off. then undoo the screws on the back and whalla
while your at it install a CAI!
