You neglect to mention that aurora/select/ f--ktel are all pay services and need cards that cost $$$ (Gammas dont reliably work and are illegal)
I neglected nothing, in this topic, SelectTV was offered as a low cost option to Foxtel, the SelecTV wesite was linked.

Aurora is not a subscription service, but one pays typically $100 as a one-off fee for the card. This service is meant for those in rural zones who have lousy or no terrestrial reception. Folk as far as Rabaul PNG and NZ seem to get it.

Im gunna get a 65 or 85 dish with 2 lnbs for the living room TV. One on Pas8 for select and and 1 on D1 for imparja and southern cross as well as ABC and SBS on the different time zones, catch up on the various shows I miss or clash.
Go for an 85cm diameter Ku dish. Or even a 120cm if it is to be 'fixed' and used with say a 3-way LNB holder. This larger diameter ensures greater 'live feed' reception. I personally survive on a T90 (Torroidal) which carries i701 - Is2, Is8, Optus D1, Optus C1-(Soon D2), Optus D3 (old B3) - which also catches feeds.
