Many thanks to Ashley and the crew for all the assistance they provided in helping me getting my new Parrot 3200LS up and running. As it worked out in the end, the problem was my ZTE850 phone that was incompatible and I finally fixed that by getting a Motorola.
Could not ask for any better after sales service than what the team gave me and I have no problem at all in recommending them to others on this forum. Regards - Eric |

While we are talking about after sales service. The Guys at ASL (specifically Karl and FADI) know how to deliver..
After receiving in Perth a full kit including a DVD player (Boss) , Reverse camera kit, and rear headrest screens with wireless headphones problems started occuring with the wiring looms for the rear screens then the boss DVD itself. Through out which, Karl stayed in touch with me in Perth flew new looms when required and then replaced the DVD for me. Although this all happened not at there fault, Karl was patient in elping sort out the problem. i happened to be travelling to melbourne so had the pleasure of meeting the boys at ASL and there operation is a good as there service. Well done guys and keep up the good work. Karl the system went together faultlessly after getting back to Perth the only suggestion would be for the addition of a powered loom for the DVD as volume leveling with the ford radio cd etc is very poor...Will need to pick up a pre amp for the dvd or get fords powered loom Regards and thanks Peter from Perth Can't say much about the boss dvd guys in America who gave less than an acceptable response to there equipment crashing |

Once again thanking you both for your patience and understanding. cheers fadi75
