Default Dizzie issues

Hi all my first post

my mk2 2door 1.3 liter esky has been sitting for months just got the muff and rez replaced as they had rusted hoping to get my car going anyway.....

have been trying to start the car and noticed the dizzie housing is twisting there should be something holding it in place but I'm not sure what it is. Looked at my other escort and it did not move at all. Do not know much about engines and didn't want to take it off............

any suggestions for this would be greatly appreciated
