I was hoping someone can help me I have a 1963 xm ford falcon deluxe For Sale. I have had this car since 1990 and had it painted the colour it was baby blue pretty sure it is the original colour. But a guy who came to look at it to buy reckons it was black. It does have original red and black trim. can anyone help me to find out the true colour? :

if it has the original ID tag on the radiator support panel then get the three letter colour code from it and post it here - I'll let you know what it means. If you don't have the ID tag then have a look under the dash or under the rear pacel shelf as it's generally still orig colour in those areas.

Sorry to jump in but I also am trying to find out original paint code for my XM Deluxe wagon. Its "A66" which as i understand it is an Arctic White roof with a type of blue on the bottom. Any ideas?

Hi Guys,
This is my old girl, she was all original & unrestored. I'm pretty sure she was A66. The interior door cards and seats were light beige/browny gold, the dash and all internal door metalwork was a dark goldy brown and the floor matt was a lighter brown too. I miss that car and regret selling it.

This is a site I found (hope I'm not the only one who didn't know about it) which has been great about deciphering the falcon colours. |
