Default Slippery When wet gutter incident

I get to work this morning and one of my work mates who drives the POS xf panivan as his work car, well the story goes that last nite he was driving and he went through a roundabout at "20km/h" and when he turned the wheel the car kept going straight......he hit the gutter. I got pics.he hit the front left wheel and it was bent on a umm i think around 15-20 degree slant towards the car from the impact. The rims is....and you cant get them anymore so on went a set of new GMAX 20" rims, ill pics of that next week i didnt have time today.
Gutter rash

Buff out?

Should be straight

That'd do it, and when new are added best get an alignment as well.

Slippery roads, slippery roads!

lol, extreme wheel damage thread. My mate took my EF Mont which had those original 15'' alloys at the time when he was drunk to go and get food from the local servo and managed to crack the left hand front 3/4 way through and take the tyre off the rim, he clobbered a traffic island. It needed a wheel allignment to put it mildly, haha.

After he fixed it yesterday at work, it took about 15-25min for the alignment....there were 3 guys doing it to. He was just lucky for the fact he works at a tyre/rim place and could be fixed in house.
