Default How do i look up VIN numbers?

Does anyone know how to look up VIN numbers to check if the car is authentic? is there something online or do you have to go through ford?

You have to ring Ford...
The vin number will only tell you what Ford built, it wont tell you if the car you're looking at is that exact car, or if you like if its "authentic"...

depends how old it is. post 1985 roughly you can get them through parts, before that you have to go through ford.
