Default Show us ya Pets!

Ill kick start this, with my two dogs.

This is Tyson now, 7 months old. He is a Ridgeback Cross.

We couldnt think of a name when we first bought him, but i was in the early hours of the next morning, Leah and I were awakened to him chewing on our ears. TYSON!!!!

This is Tyson @ the petstore the day we bought him.

This is my other dog, Holley (yes, think carbies, manifolds etc :P ) Photo was taken this Xmas, as you may be able to tell!!
She is 1 1/2 years old, German Shepard Cross. She was rescued from the pound, and is one of the friendliest, most human like dogs I have ever had

This is dad's dog. He's a border collie now approx 3 years old. He was rescued from a man who was about to throw the whole litter of puppies into the river because he didnt want them. Someone took the puppies from him, took care of them and then gave them away.

i think he is about 8 months old. very cheeky and loved by everyone. he looks a little different now. he has a brown streak but i don't have any recent pics yet.

Oscar. I don't know what he is because we got him from an animal shelter in Burwood. He's about three years old and pretty timid, but he can be a cheeky bastard.....

Sorry bout the car in the pic, best photo I could find of Osky.....

I hope that you took out health insurance when you got your "American Pit Bull Terrier", I had a Rottweiler 5 years ago, he was very well trained, and always did as he was told, I could take the meat out of his mouth as he was eating with no problems and one day I went to feed him and he attacked me so I had him put down; you never know when or why they will have a go at you. My parents did have Great danes for show, from the morehurst line.

Any dog could snap like that, not just the APBT.

My mate breeds these dogs for show dogs and are always well trained, and has never had a problem at all with them and he has 4 APBT's.

The only problem he has is with people who dont know anyting about the breed, criticising it due to irresponsible owners or poor training given to the dog, and these actions reflect the whole breed.

Agreed, it has nothing to do with the breed, just the owners.....

Anyway, here's my family.
http://www.equinoxaudio.com.au/dogs/dogs.html
1st couple of pics are my now passed away boy 'Sox', with the next bigger boy 'Cobber', and our newest addition is 'Chopper'.

Sox was 14yo when he died, Cobber is now around 8yo, and Chopper is around 11 months.

This is Lecia. She's a Jack Russell, but is tiny. Though she knows how to take up more than enough room on a double bed. She's even kicked me out a couple of times..

this is my dog, rani. she is a 4 year old pure bred german shepard that we bought off of a breeder for $55. she was a showdog before we got or (or so we were told) She is incredibly loyal to me. i think its because i was the one with her in car when we got her from elizabeth and i had to hold on to her for the hour and a bit drive back home

Awww I need another dog. I am looking for something like a Staffie or Boxer.

We've gone from three cats and a dog, to one cat.

This is my (our) wonderful little French Bulldog called Georgie (actually Georgia Rose according to the breeder). It's my first ever pet, as I was never allowed a pet at my parents place. Georgie is the best thing ever (tm). Such a poser, cute as a button, a butch girl, and loves to cuddle up and to sleep in after breakfast.

She's just a little bundle of joy... so much so I want another one...
