I've read a whole bunch of posts about the lack of rear seat lighting in the focus, and there have been a few resolutions to the issue. I've come up with something different.
I've been speaking to my auto electrician over the past few days, with the basic idea of getting some LEDs, and sitting them in the caps that cover the screws on the B-pillar and the rear pillar. I've bought the LEDs and resistors now, and it's going in on Thursday to be installed. I've decided to install two LEDs on the B-pillars, and one on each of the rear pillars. Tapping power from the dome light (so that they all come on with the doors), and putting the resistor in-line as there isn't a lot of room behind those caps to play with! Hopefully gonna look good when it's finished. What do you reckon?

Done. Got it all finished up today. Looks pretty good so far, but can't wait to see it at night. I've taken a few pics now, but they don't look as good as they will at night, but you get the gist. I'll take some more tonight.
It really wasn't that hard. Took the sun visors off, and the handle bars on the roof, then pulled back the roof lining a bit to run the wiring, soldered the resistors and LEDs in place and drilled some holes in the caps covering the screws onto the chassis. Also ran an in-line 5A fuse just to protect the dome light. Let me know what you guys think.

I have a packet of tri colour flashing LEDs at home, I wonder what the Missus would think if I used them to do this mod :P

Ok got some night pics finally. The photos don't show up all that well, but you get the idea. They really light up the backseat really well, so I'll consider it objective completed
