I have a 1998 AU. The old altenator cactused and cooked the battery. Put in a new altenator and battery and it leaks 4.5 amps
 : . The battery goes flat while sitting for a couple of hours. Unplugg the wires to the altenator and the battery stays charged. Got another new altenator under warranty and does the same thing. I have checked all the lights, switches etc. Any Ideas please. |

boot light?? glove box light??
also check your wiring to the headlights.. other than that.. im not sure.. maybe undo the fuses one at a time and see when the leak stops?

Checked the boot light and glove box etc. I will try the fuse idea. Thanks I will see.
