I agree it's not a good look but apart from that i find it's the best way to know where the rear of the car is when ur reversing. I have seen a lot of AU's without them and big dents in the bumper.
Cheers Mark

they look good with and without as long as its dumped.but if you do remove it do the job properly nothing worse than seeing a car that looks good until you see the blobs of silicone or tape on the boot

Keep the spoiler. The reason the TE50III looked so good was they added bits to square up the look. The spoiler squares off the saggy bum

lol i thought the same ages ago, i liked the look of no spoiler but i really needed to lower the rear of my car for it to look good.

if i do end up lowering the rear of my car, and some 19's i might take it off.

Ditch the spoiler Brent ... that's why they call them spoilers, cuz they spoil the car :P ...

but nah seriously though, they do look hot without them!!

There is a black XR without a wing driving around the coast, it looked cool without it because how many XRs do you see without wings? That's my 2 cents...

I reckon spoilerless would look good...
mine's got tickford suspension and s2 xr 17's and I decided not to use the s2 xr spoiler I was given with the car as I prefer the look without it. I think that so long as an AU is xr height or lower, and has at least 17" wheels, then they look good without a spoiler.
After getting used to the AU's curves, I've come to the opinion that the squareness of the s2 and s3 xr's spoiler and bumper don't suit the curves of the boot line. doesn't look quite right IMO. If I go a spoiler at any time it will probably be either a bobtail or a s1 xr style spoiler that better follows the lines of the boot...

The baby spoiler looks better than no spoiler unless its done up to the max.
The AU just needs something on its bum even if its small as not having one just looks wrong to me anyway.
Have removed these altezza's too as they just looked wrong, got S2 clear ones there now
