Thumbs up Results

I'll start off by saying a huge thankyou to the Ford Forum contingent for making this another record day for us, our best attended dyno comp to date!!

It was well rewarded with Ford's taking out 4 of the 7 classes, aswell as Top Horsepower overall. That makes it a Ford victory this time around in the Holden v Ford battle.

There were a total of 45 cars that hit the rollers, and here is a list of class results. Well done to Dave C for the 6 Cyl F/I win and overall horsepower winner (and to Phoontastic for keeping him honest), to Damo for his breakthrough win in the 8 Cyl F/I class, to BMF in the 8 Cyl N/A class, and to Mulan with his Focus.

PS - I have alot of pics. I should be able to get them up tomorrow.

Umm, did i see someone's lightning strike XR6T in the paddock just off Gungahlin Drive?

With a bonnet up, side skirt and a rear wing missing?

I have a new car warranty to worry about. :-( I need to find mods that won't affect the warranty. I'll work on it.

Dave, a lot of the 8's seemed down, while the 6's were loving it.

Dunno, just the impression I got from bent 8 guys from both camps. Kit mentioned he had trouble with traction on mine, it's fairly evident from the graph.

I'll check the pics in a sec.

Nah, seems to be running right...except i *may* have a boost problem, not sure but i dont think its 14PSI...cant really tell without taking huge risks or a dyno.
