Done a bit of a search for the answer to this one, but couldnt track down an answer :-)
Bought the group buy front slotted rotors package off FLOORED and got the rears to match, Very very happy with it all and postage to WA was bloody quick!!! cheers mate! So thats me task for the weekend, no stranger to changing front rotors but never done rears. The question i got is, at the moment im happy with my handbrake (surprising for an AU) its working great and isnt making any horrible noises. When i change the rear rotors am i right to remove the caliper and big phillips head screw, change the rotor and not have to worry about touching the handbrake......? |

yeah i done the same thing ya right taking them off but i found once i put the new onrs on it needed adjusting via the wind thing once ya take them off you will see wat i talking about just give it a bit of a turn and ya should be right

It should be fine removing it, just the new disc on the inside might affect the handbrake a tad depending how warn it was on the inside.
Should come of with a tap.

yeh, the problem i had was the inside of my new rotor was smaller then the stock rotor so it had to be adjusted, out of not having this knowledge at the time, and extremely tired legs for crouching for 7 hours, i just completely loosened them, but will have to go back and tighten them some time soon
