After a lot of hard work by your committee, the new look High Output will be hitting your letterbox in the coming week......
But- it gets better. Can't wait that long? Want to know what's in the mag now? Log on to the club website and you will find it in the download section along with a calender, motorsport championship tables and other goodies. Remember, you must register first (club members only) and wait for the confirmation email. Let me know what you think of both the new format, and the members section.

As always the mag is a collective effort and I would like to thank all involved in contributing, being a little remote from the action it makes things so much easier. The idea for new look was first shown to me a while ago by MOTIV8, I was looking forward to the first new look issue and it looks great.

Got mine in the mail the other day and was very impressed with the quality and articles, love the poster too. :
Would be great if we could put members cars as a centre spread like the FG in the future mags. See you all at the next meet. YES I will be there. :evil3: :evil3: Mick

Loved the new Mag ...... Congrats to all involved, looks 100% better.
Just one small issue .............. while a particular person made lots of excuses for a Cortina to actually BEAT him on the track : , let's remember ...... it was my second time on ANY race track AND, the cortina's only mod is it's very well worn Semi Slicks I had a ball playing out at Winton with you guys, shame there were not more Fords out on the track but an awesome event none the less.

I managed to BEAT a particular XR8 .......
I beat him in the Multi Sprint by 1.2 secs ;) Might have to encourage him to swap places (cars) with me next time ........ since there were lots of references to his mechanical issues and it not being about driver ability. Hahahahahaaaaa!!! Let's see how he copes with my old banger of a Corty.............. : : : No power Steer, drums on the rear, 310,000km on original un-touched donk. dodgy old single rail gearbox and no suspension mods. Hahahahaa!!! did I mention no suspension mods ........... have a look at this for body roll! BTW, won't be at the AGM due to work commitments so all the best to those who nominate and look forward to seeing the results after. Cheers, Daryl.

One wonders what the time difference may have been had a certain daily driven XR8 would be if it were also to go on a little diet???:

ROFLMAO ........... a little diet you say.
Phil, there are a couple of turns where the car has actually felt like only 3 wheels are touching the black stuff ........ it's like driving a boat with an outboard motor ....... a little boat
