Default Hoppers Crossing Fatality

http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/sto...75-661,00.html

Wasn't a member here who caused it I hope?

Done up EF with fake FTR wheels, from Melton.

Nasty mess.

Hope not - not good - I can only make out the wheel of the falcon - what makes you think it was done up?

At least the word "hoon" was not mentioned - seems to be the word that describes any car or any driver these days.

Well, it looked like a typical lowered E Series with 17" FTR copies, etc. Sounds about right to me

Yeah, true. There was another fatal yesterday in Fawkner. No mention of speed for once, so it won't be talked about much.

You're right on that one, alloys on the front of the commo stockies on the back. Falcon has FTR's on the front and that rear looks like the cheapie stock EL XR rim.

No matter what this isn't a good thing as we all know that it affects handling characteristics.

Yeh the driver of the car has been charged with culpable driving...

Well iv also seem some e serise cars with stickers on them doing burnouts to i mean not really setting a good image for the club...
And to be doing that near a daycare center COME ON!!!!

I think some people need to think about where they got their licences from, i mean in this case what did that think the red light means GO!!!!

The people that live round that intersection say people are always running reds there it was just a case of when something liek this was going ot happen...And its 90% of the time the same house where the cars end up. I feel sorry for them...

I hope it was not one of our stickers you mention. If so please contact me via PM ASAP so the problem can be fixed !!!!!!!!!

That kind of behaviour will not be tolerated by the committee of this club.
