Since my XR came with azzuro 18's on it (ST), that means the cars been dropped a bit to keep a nice looking height correct? So which of the king springs would be the equivalant of whats in there at the moment?

Well, all standard XR suspension height is the same as King Lows. So if you are wanting to go lower, then SL's would be a minimum.
