i've done a search already but couldn't find anything. has anyone debadged their focus? and how easy was it? any marks left on the paint?
i'm looking at doing it to mine |

It should be a simple case of hairdryer to melt the adhessive and wiggle off. Some detailer to polish the area.

I used a hairdryer, held it over the badge for a couple of minutes til they started to wiggle, then got some dental floss and ran it behind the badges, keeping the hairdryer on it the whole time (my mates had the dental floss). Then use metho to get the rest of the crap off, then detail it. Came up a treat.

if u look at the FOCUS badging it really looks like its been placed on by a 5 year old.. they wiggle around real easy and are semi straight, so i wouldnt imagine it would be too hard to take em off.

Absolutely no sign of any badge after removing them...(apart from the obvious one)

yeah i like the idea of debadging my car and colour coding the black strip on the rear bumper for a smooth look.
