OK I can get them, BUT they are package deals.
Breakfast, food, drinks...two packages to choose from Adelaide/Melbourne FC breakfast then across to the game, seating on upper deck on the wing. All inclusive. $900.00 a ticket. Same as above with either Geelong or Hawthorn $1200.00 a ticket. Dont yell at me these are official prices I can just get hold of them. I dont make a single sent from the sale, an NO I cant just get admission tickets, that is illegal to do, and would be scalping. Cheers Craig.

PM sent....
I'm not yelling, those prices are very reasonable, if any one has just admission tickets, I am looking for 2, depending on where the seats are, I will pay close to those figures above..... But, I will yell... GO CATS !!!!!! |

Yeah was more for the ones that want it at face value for a normal ticket, its like you go find one....I know someone that sells these packages thats it, so I can normally get the tickets at the RRP nothing better or worse, and some people baulk at the idea of paying that sort of coin...which is fair enough as well..its just a shame that the real supporters that turn up week in and week out are normally the ones that dont get a chance to see a GF...

Absolutly!!! What I cannot understand is why the hell the competing teams only get about 12,000 tickets allocated......... Geelong have 36,000 + members, and only 8900 odd members was sucessful in getting an oppurtunity to purchase one... that is BS, the freaking ground hols 100,000 !!!!!! It's really focused too much on the corpoate people and not the hard working supporters who rarely can afford the corporate 2k packages... : |

That is why I hate the AFL...
AS time has gone on, members form less a part of the Grand Final atmosphere due to the all-mighty dollar. I think Demetriou is a fat pig who really has no idea how to run a major sporting organisation. The people below him do most of the work I am sure. Last year I went to the Preliminary Final against Collingwood, and that was the BEST match of the year. The atmosphere was sensational, the crowd was larger than the Grand Final, two Victorian teams, and a five point margin... The Grand Final is only a good match because of the cup that is raised afterwards, otherwise it would have lost its mantle to best purist-football match years ago to the Anzac Day clashes between Collingwood and Essendon.

Collingwood have actually been an outside danger in the past two seasons, and last season were close to causing a major upset. Home and Away matches...meh
