Guys
just a quick one, Im coming to Melbourne on Saturday to look at some new cars, what's the estimated travel time from Thomastown to Cheltenham? Also want to go Wheelers Hill so it will probably be first to Cheltenham, then Wheelers Hill, then Thomastown on the way out. Cheers for any info!

Coming from HUME fwy I would go Thomastown first then to Cheltenham ^(45 mins), then on to Wheelers Hill ( about 30 mins from Chelt)

done test on the 2 free ways at same time day for day in peak hour and the monash is still quicker to the top end of town. this is 2 vehicles leaving the same time and going the differnt ways... and the monashs is about 5-10min faster also depends on the footy as well... then yeah id go east link... personally i hate hoddle street and the back of the zoo

Thommo first, (just off hume hwy/wstrn ring rd,) Wheelers hill, Cheltenham,(just off east link), onto sth eastern, off at St kilda rd! Belgin beer cafe for a pint and a pot of chilli mussels, back onto city link and off home! Perfect! |

Well as it turned out I ended up striking Hoddle Street, being 40mins late to test drive the new ute, and then ended up in Flinders Street on the way home cos I missed a turn. All in a day's work!
