Default ACT, NSW, SA, VIC & TAS Daylight Savings COMMENCES

: Hi guys, I don't know if I'm late with this but DAYLIGHT SAVINGS in N.S.W. starts : 2am. 5th. October, 2008 and you put the clocks forward ONE (1) hour. Then you get to put them BACK one (1) Hour 3am 5th. April,2009. Just so you won't be late for work or the new job with AFF that I'm not going to get. You better tell the better half too! THAT'S less than a week away. Cheers, Glen. :

For ACT, NSW, SA, VIC & TAS we turn our clocks FORWARD by 1 hour at 2am Sunday 5th October.

wow is it that time already. Fantastic. I'm all for Daylight savings. It's a bit of a pity about the curtains fading quicker though.

Might be great for you city slickers but it is the worst idea known to man for us ....... Obviously a thing done by desk sitting, pencil pushing, no lifers!!!!!!!!!!!

IM in W.A. where at first we don't have daylight savings..... and then we do.........and then we are having a referendum on it.... and now we don't.....but now we're having a three year trial so daylight savings is in .....then another referendum, this time cut back to a two year trial, so its now out.......then a vote to cann it altogether....so i presume its still out.....but still hasn't been officially approved yet.....which means ill be sacked next Monday for turning up for work late.
